Fundraising, launches, integrations: when the tech is real but the story isn’t landing
- One flagship piece (your pick within scope): e.g. litepaper section, integration guide, security/privacy page, or governance explainer
- One alignment pass with your team so terminology and claims match what you actually ship
- Small pass on a related surface (landing blurb, README) when it’s in scope, not a full site rewrite

Milestone roadmap intensive
When everyone’s busy but nobody agrees what ships first
- Two working sessions: map constraints, dependencies, and where you’re kidding yourselves
- A short milestone plan: what ships when, who owns it, what “done” means, so you can actually execute
- Optional checkpoint ~2 weeks later to re-order if reality changed (scoped as its own mini-milestone)
